We are seeking a highly strategic Senior Project Manager/Leader to direct an enterprise-wide organizational change and transformation program supporting a transition from a project-based delivery model to a modern, product-based operating model. Responsibilities
Program Leadership & Transformation Management: Lead end-to-end organizational transformation initiatives to shift toward product-based delivery models. Develop integrated transformation plans, roadmaps, governance structures, and executive decision-support materials across business, technology, HR, and communications workstreams.
Organizational Change Management: Develop and execute structured change management strategies using industry-standard frameworks. Perform stakeholder impact assessments, design change interventions, establish change champion networks, and address organizational resistance to foster adoption.
Strategic Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Lead large-scale communication strategies, authoring executive presentations, key messaging, and engagement content. Facilitate leadership workshops, town halls, focus groups, and stakeholder consultations to align vision and expectations.
Operating Model & Transition Design: Support future-state operating model definitions, role accountabilities, governance processes, and service delivery models. Identify organizational gaps, sequence transition steps, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Business Readiness & Training: Coordinate organizational readiness frameworks, assessment tools, onboarding activities, and knowledge transfer programs to support seamless branch transitions.
Performance Measurement & Governance: Establish KPIs, adoption metrics, readiness measures, and benefits realization frameworks. Produce executive dashboards, status reports, and program health updates.
Qualifications
Transformation & Change Management Seniority: 10+ years of experience leading complex organizational transformation and change management programs using industry-standard frameworks (Strictly Required).
Communications & Stakeholder Engagement: Proven experience designing and executing large-scale communication strategies, including writing executive-level materials and facilitating leadership workshops, town halls, and consultations (Strictly Required).
Program Governance & Roadmap Design: Demonstrated ability to build integrated plans, governance structures, risk management frameworks, and transition roadmaps across complex, multi-workstream initiatives (Strictly Required).
Facilitation Mastery: Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills to drive alignment among executive leaders and diverse stakeholder groups (Strictly Required).
Metrics & Analytics: Experience creating KPIs, adoption metrics, readiness measures, and executive reporting packages using tools such as Power BI, Azure DevOps, SharePoint, and M335 (Strictly Required).
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Public sector experience navigating complex governance structures, approvals, accountability rules, and labor relations.
Familiarity with product-based delivery principles and enterprise operating model frameworks.
