In this senior analytical and consulting role, you will be responsible for evaluating the organization's business model, analyzing complex procurement and financial workflows, and defining target system integrations. You will bridge the gap between business processes and technical solutions, guiding the design of scalable systems that optimize operational efficiency. Responsibilities
Business Architecture & System Design: Analyze the organization's current-state architecture, evaluate client requirements, and design highly efficient future-state processes and technology integrations.
Process Modeling & Documentation: Develop detailed process models and comprehensive functional documentation to foster perfect alignment between underlying business workflows and software solutions.
Requirement Elicitation: Facilitate collaborative workshops and project discovery sessions to gather granular requirements and validate proposed technical configurations with cross-functional stakeholders.
Core Procurement & Invoice Triage: Provide deep functional analysis, diagnostic advice, and solution engineering based on expert-level knowledge of global procurement and corporate invoicing workflows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner tightly with parallel IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of core financial ledgers with cloud procurement platforms, resolving complex technical dependencies as they arise.
Data Synthesis & Research: Conduct target research and synthesize technical data into clear summaries to facilitate executive decision-making and resolve cross-team operational issues.
Qualifications
SAP Financials Mastery: Expert functional proficiency across SAP FICO, with deep operational domain knowledge in Record-to-Report (RTR), Accounts Payable (AP), Asset-to-Retire (ATR), Procurement-to-Report (PTR), and Treasury management.
Ariba Invoicing Expertise: Proven, hands-on functional expertise specializing in SAP Ariba Invoicing workflows.
Procurement Platform Knowledge: Strong recommended experience with SAP Ariba P2P (Procure-to-Pay) solutions.
Material Management & Supply Chain: Advanced proficiency in core SAP Purchasing (MM PO) frameworks and standard purchase order lifecycles.
