Responsibilities
- Support the triage and resolution of support tickets, identifying technical issues and implementing functional fixes within the FICO landscape.
- Configure S/4HANA for prioritized changes, ensuring the system aligns with established financial process designs and organizational standards.
- Support the management and deployment of deferred project items, developing functional specifications for new objects and identifying test data requirements.
- Review and update test scripts, execute regression testing, and manage all testing artifacts to ensure system stability and performance.
- Analyze end-to-end financial processes to identify improvements that leverage standard SAP functionality and align with leading accounting principles.
- Update business process documentation and policies; develop communication materials and updated training content for end-users.
- Work with vendor leads to inform the design and configuration of SAP integrations with both internal and third-party solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in large-scale project management within complex organizational environments.
- Deep functional knowledge of SAP FICO and Materials Management (MM), with a working knowledge of Funds Management (FM), Project Systems (PS), and Asset Accounting.
- Successful delivery of at least two end-to-end SAP implementations.
- Expertise in general financial systems configuration, enhancements, and data management within an S/4HANA environment.
- SAP FICO Certification is required.
- Strong understanding of SAP Activate, PMBOK, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies (PMP is an asset).
- Proficiency in MS Excel and working knowledge of SAP Solution Manager for Change Requests.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead discussions across technical teams and executive leadership.
