• Utilize deep expertise in Employee Central, Onboarding, Recruiting, Goal Management, Performance Management, and Learning Management modules to provide comprehensive support and solutions.
• Lead the provisioning of new system functionalities and configurations, aligning with organizational goals and best practices.
• Conduct thorough analysis of system requirements and business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Serve as a subject matter expert, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders on SAP Success Factors functionality, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in SAP Success Factors technology, proactively recommending and implementing updates and enhancements to optimize system performance and functionality.
Qualifications

10 years of hands on working experience in in the following SAP Success Factors modules :
