High-Impact Global Rollouts: Play a vital role in large-scale regional deployments and migration projects.
Excellent Work-Life Balance: Benefit from a highly flexible remote work model that requires only one in-office visit per month.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with international business leaders and technical teams across Finance, Logistics, and Inventory.
Responsibilities
System Design & Configuration: Engage in the end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD and MM modules, alongside localization-specific modules, in an S/4HANA environment.
Fit-Gap & Process Analysis: Analyze existing legacy sales, procurement, and inventory workflows (from ECC or Oracle environments) and perform detailed fit-gap analyses against standard S/4HANA best practices.
Stakeholder Engagement: Gather business requirements, define functional scope, and host collaborative design sessions to build robust systems aligned with SAP standard processes.
Workflow Testing: Configure and test standard end-to-end cycles, including sales orders, delivery, billing, purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, and invoice processing.
Integration & Quality Assurance: Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Logistics, Inventory, Technical) to ensure smooth integration. Prepare and execute test scripts for Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Deployment & Support: Assist with cutover planning, help prepare training materials, and provide post-go-live hypercare support to ensure a seamless business transition.
Qualifications
Experience: 6–8 years of functional SAP experience, with a minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations.
Mandatory Skill Set: Dual expertise in both SAP PTP (Procure-to-Pay/MM) and SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) is strictly required.
S/4HANA Expertise: Must have at least 1 full S/4HANA implementation or migration project under your belt, with a solid grasp of Business Partner (BP) conversion and S/4HANA taxation changes.
Procurement Domain Knowledge: Deep operational understanding of procurement workflows, including direct/indirect purchasing, contracts, sourcing, and vendor management.
Technical Familiarity: Comfortable utilizing S/4HANA Fiori apps and leveraging modern platform innovations for procurement.
Integration Knowledge: Strong understanding of standard integration points between MM/SD and other core modules like FI.
Communication: Exceptional communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Certifications (Nice-to-Have): Relevant SAP S/4HANA certifications are preferred but not mandatory.
