Responsibilities
Business Analysis: Partner closely with business stakeholders and front-line users to define and translate complex business needs into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
Data Quality & Production Support: Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve production data quality issues.
Agile & Project Leadership: Drive overall project delivery and ensure sprint deliverables are executed according to prioritized work efforts.
Ceremony Facilitation: Lead Agile ceremonies, foster Agile best practices, and guide the team toward continuous improvement.
Quality Assurance: Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) concepts to assist in constructing and verifying feature test cases.
Qualifications
Primary Skill:
- Agile Coach
Must-Have Qualifications:
- Project Management: 5–8 years of proven experience driving initiatives to completion on schedule.
- Capital Markets Knowledge: Strong foundation in capital markets, specifically focusing on Over-The-Counter (OTC) products and related business processes.
- Agile Expertise: Proven hands-on experience in Agile development environments, including facilitating ceremonies and utilizing TDD practices.
- Technical Data Skills: Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, manipulation, and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong collaboration and team-mentoring ability, paired with clear communication in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Desired Qualifications:
- Domain experience in Prime Brokerage and Uncleared Margin Rules (UMR) workflows.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) for research, code comprehension, and analysis.
- Hands-on exposure to Jupyter Notebooks for prototyping and data exploration.
