Act as Scrum Master for multiple squads, leading the delivery and execution of plans.
Facilitate and support Scrum events (planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives) and refinement sessions.
Actively remove obstacles and blockers, collaborating with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders.
Coach teams and the organization on Agile methodologies to increase autonomy, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Support the Product Owner (PO) in product backlog management and vision delivery.
Track and communicate performance metrics (velocity, progress).
Manage conflict and facilitate decision-making within the teams.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a dedicated Scrum Master (and 8 years in Agile product development).
Recognized Agile Certification (PSM, CSM, SAFe, PMI-ACP) or Project Management (PMP) is mandatory.
Proficiency with the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence).
Excellent facilitation, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery) and DevOps concepts.
Bilingualism (French and English) is essential to interact with colleagues across the country.
