Our Client operates across Canada. This company takes all reasonable means to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires this where it is necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to fulfil these job duties.
Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position favors candidates that are fluent in English (oral and written). In particular, this position will require the employee to:
Collaborate and provide support to other colleagues and business functions located outside of Quebec who do not speak French

Responsibilities
* Agile Leadership: Provide leadership focused on collaboration, clarity, and accountability across product and engineering teams.
* Coordination & Risk Management: Identify, track, and mitigate program-level interdependencies and risks across teams and vendors.
* Institutional Liaison: Translate progress and risk metrics for Finance and Governance partners to ensure high-level control.
* Value Management: Collaborate with Product Management to ensure backlogs and delivery plans align with customer value and organizational strategy.
* Coaching: Mentor teams and stakeholders to shift from a task-oriented results approach to a measurable outcomes/value approach.
* Reporting: Provide concise, actionable reporting on project health and value delivery tailored for executives and technical teams.
Qualifications
*Experience: Minimum of seven years in project/programme delivery, including at least three years in an agile/hybrid leadership role.
*Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and training.
*Language Skills: Fully bilingual in English and French.
*Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in using data (Jira, Power BI) to report on organizational value and performance indicators.
*Transformation Expertise: Proven experience delivering major transformation initiatives (multi-year, multi-million dollar projects).
*Assets: Experience with Confluence, Google Suite, MS Project, Smartsheet

● Location: Montreal
● On-site presence: hybrid
○ On-site frequency: 2 days per week
● Travel requirements: periodic travel, primarily to Toronto.

● Schedule: Full time, Mon-Fri, 8h/day
● Desired start date: as soon as possible
