Responsibilities
Formulate blueprinted architectural strategies and target delivery models aligned with corporate objectives and strict data governance principles.
Modernize and optimize enterprise Data & AI platforms leveraging automation, zero-trust security practices, and operational governance.
Partner with Data Scientists, AI Developers, Business Analysts, and Enterprise Architects to translate complex business needs into resilient technical applications.
Guide the deployment of machine learning lifecycles and modern AI platform architectures within cloud environments.
Articulate and communicate intricate technical vision and system designs to both specialized teams and executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
Education & Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
Software Development Expertise: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in hands-on software development.
Architecture Experience: At least 3 years dedicated to solution or application architecture roles.
Cloud & AI Stack: Deep familiarity with AWS ecosystem services (e.g., Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudWatch, ECS/Fargate, AWS Bedrock).
Modern Operational Practices: Solid understanding of MLOps, DataOps, and DevSecOps principles.
Enterprise AI Tools (Assets): Hands-on exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI is highly desirable.
Frameworks (Asset): Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational abilities, strategic prioritization skills, and strong business-to-tech translation capabilities.
Our client operates in Canada. The company takes all reasonable steps to limit the number of positions in Quebec that require knowledge of a language other than French, and only requires it when necessary and its existing bilingual employees are unable to perform these duties. Based on an assessment conducted by our client, it has been determined that this position requires candidates to be fluent in English (both spoken and written).
