Responsibilities
Key Technical Pillars:

Automation: Advanced Ansible playbooks/roles and PowerShell scripting.

Cloud Infrastructure: Multi-region Azure deployments using a combination of Terraform and Ansible.

Observability-as-Code: Automating Dynatrace instrumentation and AppInsights integration.

Process Integration: Connecting automation workflows with ServiceNow for seamless ITSM operations.
