Work Schedule: 37.5 Hours/week, 9-5 Monday to Friday

Responsibilities
• Understanding Requirements - Work closely with business partners to guide formulation of
complex business requirements and solution design discussions and testing to meet project
needs through daily scrums, sprint reviews, and backlog refinement. Actively participate in key
Agile/Scrum rituals.
• Agile Solution Design - Prepare and validate Scope Clarification Documents including, but not
limited to, Solution Requirement Artifacts and Quality Assurance Artifacts to ensure business
partner needs are met.
• Project Support: - Support end-to-end project implementation and act as a subject matter
expert in business and technology. Drive to collaborate and support individuals and cross-
functional teams to resolve organizational, operational and process problems within an agile
environment
Qualifications
• Minimum 5 years’ experience within Capital Markets or Wealth Management as a BA/BSA
• 5 years’ Workflow business knowledge
Nice to Have:
• 5 years Waterfall or Agile experience
• Correspondent clearing experience *Strong nice to have
Soft Skills:
• Able to work independently
• Results oriented
• Strong communication skills
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
• Strong writing skills
