Responsibilities
âą Lead the design and development of intuitive digital user experiences

âą Work in a hybrid Agile environment and contribute to continuous product iterations
âą Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.0/2.1 Level A & AA)
âą Guide wireframing, journey mapping, prototyping, and usability testing
âą Provide UX and design mentorship to teams and clients
âą Collaborate closely with developers, content teams, and vendors for end-to-end product delivery
âą Apply design thinking and lean UX practices to shape user-centred solutions
âą Deliver project documentation: product roadmaps, KPIs, test strategies, and executive summaries
âą Support UAT, defect triage, test planning, and risk mitigation activities
âą Translate business needs into actionable user experiences and digital journeys
Qualifications
Must Have:
âą Strong experience designing UX for complex online products and services đ§
âą Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM delivery methodologies (Scrum Master experience a plus)
âą Proficient in design and prototyping tools: Adobe Suite, InVision, Balsamiq, etc. đš
âą Experience with backlog and sprint management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, Pivotal Tracker)
âą Working knowledge of usability, accessibility, and UX principles (WCAG 2.0â2.1) âż
âą Demonstrated ability to design responsive, mobile-first web layouts
âą Understanding of content architecture, taxonomies, and navigation strategies
âą Strong people skills to lead cross-functional teams and mentor others
âą Ability to conduct research, user interviews, and A/B testing
âą Familiarity with public sector digital standards and practices
Nice to Have:
đ Experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud & Miro, Confluence, Trello
