Responsibilities
- Agile Product Ownership Support: Define and manage user stories, lead backlog refinement, and facilitate sprint planning and reviews to ensure technical solutions reflect true business value.
- User Experience (UX) Research: Conduct deep-dive user research, develop detailed personas, and create comprehensive customer journey maps to identify pain points and optimize system usability.
- Systems Analysis & Design: Perform feasibility studies and system analysis for web-based technologies, providing functional specifications and prototypes for stakeholder consultation.
- Incident & Issue Management: Collaborate closely with technical teams to triage software issues and manage incident resolution, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
- AI Optimization: Implement and optimize AI-driven solutions to enhance operational efficiency and provide data-backed insights for decision-making.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Facilitate workshops with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and build consensus on system enhancements.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare high-quality system documentation, user manuals, training plans, and business cases for diverse audiences.
Qualifications
- Agile Expertise: Extensive experience writing and refining user stories and managing product backlogs within a fast-paced Agile environment.
- COTS & Web Tech: Strong understanding of system design for web-based technologies and specific experience with Cúram or similar enterprise COTS platforms.
- Human-Centered Design: Proven ability to conduct user research and translate findings into actionable personas and journey maps.
- Problem Solving: 10+ years of experience in systems analysis, requirements definition, and troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- AI Literacy: Hands-on experience implementing or managing AI-driven tools to improve business processes.
- Education: Background in Business Analysis, Computer Science, or a related field; familiarity with SDLC and ITIL-based incident management.
