Responsibilities
- Requirements Lifecycle: Lead the elicitation, elaboration, analysis, specification, and validation of business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

- Process & Data Modeling: Create current-state and future-state process maps, conceptual/logical data models, and business glossaries.
- Legacy Modernization: Support the transformation of legacy mainframe solutions into modern platforms using COTS products (e.g., Oracle Siebel).
- UX/UI Design: Develop low and high-fidelity prototypes and mock-ups, ensuring compliance with accessibility standards (AODA) and user-centric design principles.
- Quality Assurance Support: Review test strategies and plans, manage defect logs, and define User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
- Governance & Reporting: Prepare business cases, provide high-level and detailed estimates, and navigate organizational architecture governance reviews.
Qualifications
- BA Seniority: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, specifically leading large-scale system implementations.
- Methodology Mastery: Demonstrated experience with SDLC, Waterfall, and Agile iterative development, with a proven ability to lead sprints.
- Technical Environment: Experience in integrated mainframe and mid-tier environments with knowledge of online and batch transactions.
- Documentation Expert: Proven ability to produce RTMs (Requirements Traceability Matrices), System Requirements Specifications (SRS), and Business Process Models.
- Tools: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Jira, HP ALM (Quality Center), PowerDesigner, and Power BI.
Architecture Frameworks: Knowledge of the Zachman framework and enterprise architecture governance deliverables.
