Responsibilities
Advanced Requirements Architecture: Lead end-to-end requirements elicitation, scoping, and analysis using JAD sessions, structured interviews, and interactive modeling.
Security & Compliance Modeling: Author comprehensive functional and non-functional requirements that strictly align with cyber security baselines, concurrency constraints, Threat Risk Assessments (TRA), and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
Agile Product Backlog Governance: Translate business and technical data requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria, managing and prioritizing the product backlog within Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
Incident & Case Management Design: Analyze, map, and document functional workflows supporting Incident Response Management systems and enterprise Case Management solutions.
API & System Integration Mapping: Construct detailed source-to-target data flows, process maps, and comprehensive technical integration documentation for backend APIs.
Re-Engineering & Business Intelligence: Apply Lean optimization and re-engineering concepts to streamline complex workflows. Build automated performance metrics, tracking matrices, and analytical reports using Power BI.
Core Artifact Production: Formulate multi-tier analytical blueprints, including use case surveys, conceptual-to-logical data models, screen mockups, and strategic business cases containing robust cost-benefit evaluations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with software architects, development squads, and testing teams to clarify business logic and ensure strict adherence to software delivery standards.
Qualifications
Core Seniority: 8+ years of progressive professional experience leading business and systems analysis tracks within large-scale, integrated enterprise environments.
Security Framework Competency: Proven, hands-on experience gathering requirements and ensuring systemic compliance for cyber security controls, TRA criteria, and PIA governance.
Agile Lifecycle Tooling: Demonstrated mastery managing product backlogs, epics, and user stories within Azure DevOps or an equivalent Agile project management framework.
Technical Integration Acumen: Direct, practical experience detailing, analyzing, and documenting API integration layers and transactional workflows.
Operations & Case Governance: Verified experience designing or supporting workflows for Incident Response Management and structured Case Management architectures.
Analytics & Data Literacy: High proficiency translating data needs into visual metrics and dashboards using Power BI or similar business intelligence toolsets.
