Data & Rule Definition: Conduct conceptual and logical data modeling, process mapping, data flow modeling, and clear definitions for underlying business rules.

Advanced Diagramming Mastery: Proven, hands-on expert capability building highly structured context diagrams, use cases, use case models, process maps, stakeholder maps, and comprehensive systems diagrams.
Strategic Analytical Writing: Verified experience authoring comprehensive business cases, performing analytical options analyses, and developing formal cost-benefit matrices.
Elicitation & Modeling Tooling: Demonstrated proficiency managing core requirements gathering tracks (e.g., JAD sessions, interviews) paired with the use of standard modeling tools to define process and data flows.
Methodology & Project Literacy: Sound operational knowledge of structured, object-oriented, and Agile software development lifecycles (SDLC) along with standard project management frameworks.
