Backlog Governance: Prioritize and manage requirements, system backlogs, and user stories across multiple parallel workstreams, balancing delivery risks and conflicting scheduling priorities.
Traceability Verification: Enforce strict alignment and data continuity by building and managing comprehensive traceability matrices to guarantee final technical features map directly back to original business objectives.
