Responsibilities
Salesforce Requirements Engineering: Lead continuous business analysis and requirement definition tracks for the FMS platform, ensuring that complex grantmaking, transfer payments, and healthcare funding workflows are accurately mapped into Salesforce functional specifications.
SME Integration & Representation: Serve as the primary, single point of contact representing institutional business units and healthcare funding SMEs to ensure technical development teams build appropriate system functionality.
Agile Sprint Orchestration: Actively drive sprint planning loops, lead backlog refinement sessions, participate in Sprint Reviews, and manage backlog priorities under a structured Agile Scrum framework.
User Story Architecture: Author, refine, and maintain detailed, technical User Stories and acceptance criteria within project management systems to govern vendor delivery pipelines.
Integration Lifecycle Analysis: Document and map technical data exchanges, boundary boundaries, and business rules governing data flows between Salesforce and interconnected third-party legacy databases or financial applications.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Support: Guide and support business stakeholders during UAT phases—assisting in test case validation, monitoring defect triage metrics, and verifying that vendor software configurations meet strict operational readiness targets.
Strategic Roadmap Consultation: Partner with cross-functional leadership to identify net-new operational capabilities, consulting on long-term scalability and business transformation initiatives for the Enterprise CRM Roadmap.
Qualifications
Core Business Analysis Seniority: 5+ years of progressive professional experience leading business analysis, requirement elicitation, and system transformation initiatives within mature IT landscapes.
Public Sector Salesforce Domain Depth: Minimum of 3+ years of dedicated professional experience developing and deploying complete Salesforce CRM solutions tailored to public sector operational frameworks.
Salesforce Core Module Acumen: 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce PSS Grantmaking or closely related enterprise clouds (such as Nonprofit Cloud, Public Sector Solutions, Health Cloud, or Sales Cloud modules).
Agile Delivery Mastery: 5+ years of structured experience executing software delivery using Agile Scrum methodologies, running rapid sprint ceremonies, and managing product backlogs.
Azure DevOps Toolchain Literacy: 5+ years of practical experience working within Microsoft Azure DevOps for end-to-end requirement management, epic/feature mapping, and professional User Story creation.
