Responsibilities
Technical Architecture Design: Develop, implement, and manage cross-platform technical architectures (hardware, software, database, and communications) across distributed enterprise environments.
Zero Trust & Security Governance: Design enterprise systems for Zero Trust frameworks and establish cybersecurity strategies, policies, and governance models.
Gateway & Middleware Management: Architect, configure, and optimize API management solutions and security gateways, including CA Gateway and other Layer 7 gateways.
IT/OT Integration & Redesign: Oversee technical design decisions and updates for IT/OT bridge integrations and API management infrastructure.
Identity & Access Security: Strengthen enterprise security architecture by guiding identity migrations (such as Entra ID) and secure access controls.
Conceptual & Physical Modeling: Prepare conceptual, logical, and physical process and data models, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
Technical Research & Advisory: Evaluate emerging technologies, conduct system performance trade-off analyses, and deliver strategic architecture recommendations to leadership.
Environment & Release Planning: Define development and testing environments, support system migrations, and ensure architectural alignment across release cycles.
Qualifications
Zero Trust Systems Architecture: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience designing enterprise systems based on Zero Trust architecture principles (Strictly Required).
Layer 7 & CA Gateways: Minimum 5 years of technical experience with CA Gateway and other Layer 7 API gateways (Strictly Required).
IT Security Strategy & Governance: Minimum 5 years of experience defining and managing IT security strategies, controls, and governance frameworks (Strictly Required).
Multi-Platform Technical Seniority: Extensive leadership experience developing and implementing technical architectures across multiple platforms, operating systems, and environments.
Enterprise Modeling & ITIL: Proven experience creating conceptual, logical, and physical architecture models while applying ITIL processes and CASE modeling tools.
Nice-to-Have Assets:
Prior public sector or government enterprise architecture experience.
Understanding of Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms and Information Management principles.
