Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering: Lead end-to-end business analysis to assess business challenges, conducting JAD workshops and interviews to gather, document, and confirm functional and technical requirements.
Process Re-Engineering & Workflow Mapping: Apply business process re-engineering concepts to design current-state and future-state process maps, context diagrams, use case models, and systems diagrams.
Business Case & Options Analysis: Author detailed business cases, feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and options evaluations to justify technology investments and service delivery models.
Service Management & Platform Alignment: Implement process best practices across Customer Service, Case Management, and Inquiry Management utilizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform capabilities.
Stakeholder Management & Assessment: Develop stakeholder maps, conduct readiness assessments, and build traceability matrices to ensure clear alignment between business goals and IT deliverables.
Full SDLC & Quality Oversight: Support the entire software development lifecycle—including user interface design, gap analysis, database concepts, quality assurance, and change management—to ensure high-performing solution delivery.
Governance & Performance Tracking: Establish performance metrics, monitor project progress, support risk management and disaster recovery planning, and ensure compliance with enterprise business architecture policies.
Qualifications
Customer Service & Case Management Expertise: Demonstrated experience implementing best practices for Customer Service, Case Management, and Inquiry Management leveraging Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Power Platform capabilities (Strictly Required).
Technical Business Analysis Leadership: Extensive experience leading business analysis on complex IT projects to evaluate business problems and author formal technical requirements (Strictly Required).
Diagramming & Modeling Mastery: Hands-on experience developing context diagrams, use cases, use case models, and system diagrams (Strictly Required).
Process & Stakeholder Mapping: Proven experience building detailed process maps, stakeholder maps, and organizational readiness assessments (Strictly Required).
Business Case & Options Analysis: Proven track record writing end-to-end business cases, conducting feasibility studies, options analyses, and cost-benefit evaluations (Strictly Required).
Workshop Facilitation & Requirements Elicitation: Strong background leading in-depth JAD sessions and workshops to define business rules, user interface specifications, and non-functional requirements.
