Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate in-depth workshops, JAD sessions, and interviews to elicit, analyze, document, and validate detailed business requirements, rules, and process models.
Apply business process re-engineering concepts to optimize service delivery, streamline user flows, and improve overall customer experience journeys.
Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, wireframes, user stories, and technical specifications for IT solutions and infrastructure platforms.
Manage and groom product backlogs, translate product strategy into detailed prototypes, and prioritize activities based on business value and impact.
Author strategic business artifacts, including feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, business cases, briefing notes, and executive presentation decks.
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owners, and technical teams to foster clear communication and align solutions with strategic goals.
Support Quality Assurance (QA), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and architecture reviews to verify requirements traceability and system quality.
Coach and mentor project teams on Agile best practices, backlog management, conflict resolution, and removing operational impediments.
Qualifications
Business Analysis Seniority: 10+ years of dedicated experience working as an IT Business Analyst on large-scale software and infrastructure initiatives (Strictly Required).
Agile & Enterprise Architecture: Strong knowledge and practical experience with Agile I&IT delivery methods, techniques, and enterprise architecture frameworks (Strictly Required).
Requirements Elicitation & Workshop Leadership: Proven track record leading and facilitating in-depth workshops to document functional/non-functional requirements, business rules, and UI designs (Strictly Required).
Dual Methodology Proficiency: Robust, hands-on experience working in both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall project environments (Strictly Required).
Enterprise Modernization Scope: Direct experience supporting enterprise transformation, modernization, or digital service delivery initiatives (Strictly Required).
Modern Tooling Competency: Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Visio) alongside Jira or Azure DevOps (Strictly Required).
