Cross-Domain Alignment: Harmonize Business Architecture Documents vertically with Solution Requirements Documents (SRD) and Information Architecture Documents (IAD) to guarantee systemic consistency.
Process & Value Modeling: Model complex business functional networks, service structures, and workflows utilizing formal BPMN notations, Value Chain Analysis, and core business drivers.
Strategic Metrics Definition: Establish clear business outcomes, performance measures, and key performance indicators (KPIs) aligned with legislative and technical strategies.
Architectural Governance: Develop, maintain, and enforce strict architectural governance, reviews, and quality controls over localized and integrated business models.
Asset Optimization: Leverage existing reference blueprints, patterns, and shared architecture models to maximize reuse across distributed program areas.
Workshop Facilitation & Elicitation: Plan, organize, and facilitate focus groups, interactive discovery workshops, and design sessions with diverse business stakeholders and non-technical experts.
Solution Integration: Evaluate acquired software systems and existing corporate IT products to engineer seamless, stand-alone, or horizontally integrated business architectures.
Compliance & Standard Guarding: Ensure all proposed structural designs respect foundational information management guidelines, corporate privacy rules, records-keeping practices, and digital accessibility standards.
Qualifications
Core Business Architecture Requirements
Professional Architecture Tenure: Minimum of 5+ years of dedicated experience operating as a Business Architect, delivering core business or enterprise architectures within a total background of 10+ years in the IT sector.
Enterprise Scale Success: Proven track record of successfully completing comprehensive business architectures at the corporate or enterprise level for governments or massive, heavily regulated organizations.
Structured Framework Mastery: High proficiency applying enterprise architecture frameworks, specifically including the Zachman Framework and TOGAF.
Methodologies & Standards: Practical experience designing business solutions following structured enterprise architecture methodologies, corporate governance workflows, and formal gate-approval checkpoints.
Modeling & Mapping Software: Advanced knowledge of enterprise architecture modeling software, such as PowerDesigner, Sparx Enterprise Architect, or Orbus.
Technical & Analytical Capabilities
Advanced Capability Modeling: Deep expertise in service modeling, business function mapping, value stream analysis, and structural business process modeling using BPMN.
Data Engineering Principles: Solid understanding of data modeling techniques, including the development of Entity-Relationship Diagrams (ERDs), data flow models, and conceptual/logical data views.
Service Design Integration: Demonstrated ability to align business architecture processes, functional accountability maps, and milestone artifacts with modern Service Design practices.
