As a senior design practitioner, you will bridge the gap between human emotion, user behavior, and complex software systems. Operating entirely onsite, you will plan and facilitate interactive design workshops, establish user research frameworks, and translate raw data into comprehensive service design blueprints. End-to-End User Research: Manage user research programs independently, overseeing participant recruitment, interviewing, surveying, and the final synthesis of structural personas.
Workshop & Vision Facilitation: Lead and facilitate collaborative design workshops, technical sketching sessions, and alignment forums with corporate stakeholders and business units.
Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Build low-fidelity wireframes and click-through digital prototypes, rapidly refining interfaces based on active user-testing feedback and performance data.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, business analysts, and quality assurance specialists to ensure design consistency and evaluate technology implementation parameters.
Accessibility & Standard Engineering: Implement accessible design practices from the ground up, verifying that web components function smoothly across a wide range of devices while matching digital service systems.

Service Design & Tool Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of service design methodologies, with extensive experience leveraging professional tools (such as Figma and Canvas) for journey mapping and persona building.
User Research Depth: Proven track record managing end-to-end user research streams, translating complex behaviors into concrete informational blueprints (sitemaps, user flows, state diagrams).
Professional UX Tenure: Extensive experience operating as a Senior UX, UI, or Interactive Designer, creating robust graphical user interface (GUI) architectures optimized across web and mobile platforms.
Workshop Facilitation: Demonstrated success leading stakeholder alignment sessions and collaborative design-thinking workshops.
Technical & Specialized Skills
