Corporate Gating & Compliance: Navigate formalized corporate approval frameworks, successfully steering projects through structured gating checkpoints, architecture reviews, digital-first assessments, and privacy and security evaluations.
Financial Control & Budgeting: Formulate and manage complex project budgets built across multiple funding channels, maintaining tight fiscal controls, forecasting, cost monitoring, and reconciliation matrices.
Resource Management & Leadership: Source, onboard, and direct multi-disciplinary technical teams consisting of both internal staff and external consultants, clarifying performance expectations and resolving resourcing bottlenecks.
Risk Architecture & Mitigation: Proactively identify project dependencies, infrastructure risks, and single points of failure, formulating actionable mitigation playbooks and presenting strategic alternatives to senior executive boards.
Stakeholder & Change Enablement: Coordinate steering committees and multi-stakeholder forums to minimize friction, overcome resistance to change, and keep diverse functional divisions aligned from conceptual design through to project close-out.
Best Practice Promotion: Enforce established I&IT quality standards, configuration tracking patterns, and system delivery methodologies to ensure optimal resource utilization and robust software quality.
Qualifications
Core Project Seniority: Minimum of 10+ years of progressive professional experience operating as a Project Manager directly responsible for all aspects of complex, large-scale enterprise Application Development initiatives.
Agile & Scrum Expertise: Extensive hands-on experience orchestrating Agile software deliveries, specifically serving as a facilitator for core Scrum ceremonies and iterative development backlogs.
Enterprise Governance Literacy: Proven success managing formalized corporate approvals, project gating workflows, architectural checkpoints, and corporate digital assessments.
Security & Privacy Acumen: Demonstrated experience managing and delivering security safeguards, threat modeling alignments, and data privacy clearance deliverables.
Advanced Toolkit Competency: High-level mastery utilizing corporate project planning, scheduling, and visualization software, specifically Microsoft Project, Visio, Office, and Planview.
Fiscal & Budgetary Management: Proven ability to manage large, multi-channel budgets, financial forecasts, and resource capacity planning matrices under strict accountability controls.
