Responsibilities
BI Dashboard & Analytics Engineering: Design, build, and maintain enterprise Power BI dashboards, reports, and semantic models, incorporating AI-assisted capabilities, natural language insights, and anomaly detection.
Data Warehouse Architecture: Design and implement enterprise data warehouse solutions on Amazon Redshift, constructing dimensional star and snowflake schemas, fact tables, and dimension tables.
ETL Pipeline Automation: Develop AWS Glue ETL/ELT pipelines using Python and SQL to ingest, transform, validate, and load high-volume datasets into data warehouse environments.
API & Healthcare Data Integration: Architect automated data ingestion workflows connecting REST APIs, FHIR/HL7 v2 APIs, Smile CDR, AWS HealthLake, NetIQ IAM, Pexip, Zoom, and Master Data Management systems.
Performance Optimization: Optimize Amazon Redshift query execution, indexing strategies, partitioning, and warehouse scalability for complex analytics queries.
Data Quality & Governance: Develop data validation, cleansing, reconciliation, and governance processes to ensure maximum data accuracy and security compliance using IAM and OAuth2/OIDC protocols.
AI & Grounding Validation: Evaluate AI accuracy, hallucination reduction, grounding, and response quality across integrated analytics workflows.
Documentation & Operations: Author deployment pipelines, operational documentation, and knowledge transfer materials, providing ongoing production support and analytics enhancements.
Qualifications
ETL & AWS Cloud Depth: Proven experience developing ETL and ELT processes using Python, AWS Glue, and AWS analytics services (Redshift, S3, Athena, CloudWatch) (Strictly Required).
Data Warehousing & SQL Mastery: Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience designing dimensional data warehouses using star/snowflake schemas on Amazon Redshift (Strictly Required).
API & System Integrations: Demonstrated experience integrating data from REST APIs, databases, enterprise platforms, and specific endpoints such as Pexip, Zoom, and NetIQ IAM (Strictly Required).
Healthcare Interoperability Standards: Experience integrating healthcare data using FHIR (R4/R4B), HL7 v2, Smile CDR, AWS HealthLake, and SMART on FHIR (Strictly Required).
Identity & Security Controls: Hands-on experience implementing role-based security and secure access controls using IAM, OAuth2, and OIDC (Strictly Required).
