Our client is looking for a Senior Change Management Consultant for a 12 month contract in North York.
This is an onsite role.

Responsibilities
• Develop and implement change management strategies, plans and framework.
• Provide experience and knowledge of change management industry standards, best practices, methodologies and tools
• Provide experience in the development of training, communication, and change management strategies and plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work with executive leadership and professional staff.
• Experience defining and measuring success metrics and monitoring change progress to track adoption, utilization and proficiency related to changes
• Design learning plans and materials, and deliver training and facilitate the change management strategy.
• Leads stakeholder management, including identification and analysis of key stakeholders, and the development of stakeholder engagement strategies
• Ensure the alignment of change management activities with participating stakeholders to remove change barriers, smooth the adoption process and contribute to problem-solving, resulting in successful implementation.
• Build consensus among clients/partners and stakeholders on specific changes designed to meet their needs.
• Baseline data literacy, develop measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes.
• Develops an approach to embed the change to sustain the benefits achieved, including knowledge transfer, performance management, continuous improvement and other related practices.

· 5+ years of experience in change management.
· Demonstrate the ability to assess, develop and implement organizational maturity models.
· Demonstrate the ability to assess and conduct business analyses to identify change needs and learning opportunities.
· Demonstrate ability to develop business cases about change requirements and training opportunities.
· Demonstrate ability to assess training and awareness needs, developing curricula and communications plans, and delivering training to executive leadership and professional staff.
· Demonstrate ability to lead and/or coordinate change management and training initiatives.
· Demonstrate ability to provide advice, guidance and support about change management and training opportunities.
· Demonstrate ability to develop and manage training material.
· Knowledge of and experience in applying recognized national and international change management and training.
• Analysis & Problem Solving
· Demonstrate ability to develop and track change management and training performance measures.
· Demonstrate ability to conduct policy research and analysis skills to support the development of training deliverables and tools that enable the implementation of change management, programs, and practices across the organization.
· Demonstrated ability to identify resistance to change or learning objectives and proactively solve problems.
· Demonstrate the ability to collaborate with subject matter experts when evaluating change and learning opportunities.
• Communication & Customer Service
· Effective writing and drafting a wide range of change management plans and training material suitable for a wide range of audiences and users (including both technical and non-technical audiences).
· Strong presentation skills, with proven experience preparing presentations, slide decks, and attractive visuals for a range of audiences (from executives to front-line staff).
· Demonstrate ability to collaborate with a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Data Management, Governance and Maturity (10%)
· Demonstrate a working knowledge of data management, data governance and data maturity best practices, methodologies, approaches and trends.
