As a senior change management consultant, you will bridge the gap between executive leaders, business partners, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders. Operating fully onsite in Toronto, you will design and execute robust change management strategies—conducting impact assessments, authoring executive-level communications, facilitating interactive workshops, and managing multi-year change roadmaps. This position is tailored for a change management authority who can build trust, minimize resistance, establish performance metrics, and drive seamless adoption across complex organizational environments.

Lead stakeholder identification, analysis, and management activities, creating targeted stakeholder engagement strategies and sponsor roadmaps.
Conduct change impact assessments and organizational readiness evaluations, analyzing results to formulate proactive mitigation strategies.
Design, create, and execute multi-audience communication plans, crafting compelling materials including executive decks, newsletters, and FAQs.
Plan and facilitate interactive workshops, briefings, focus groups, and end-user training sessions for technical and non-technical audiences.
Establish metrics and measurement systems to track individual change adoption, utilization, proficiency, and overall OCM effectiveness.
Collaborate closely with project leads, business analysts, and process specialists to integrate change practices across all organizational levels.
Identify human-side risks and anticipated points of resistance, implementing structured resistance management and coaching plans.
Develop sustainment frameworks, knowledge transfer plans, and continuous improvement practices to embed long-term process changes.

Enterprise Change Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading large-scale, enterprise-level change initiatives across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Communication & Material Design: Extensive experience crafting clear, persuasive communication materials, executive briefing packages, and multi-channel communication plans.
