Step into a role where high-level engineering meets the art of fine woodworking. We are looking for a technical visionary to pilot our advanced CNC operations, transforming architectural blueprints into structural masterpieces within a facility that treats machinery as a craft.
Your Impact
...
Command advanced CNC workstations, owning the full production lifecycle and translating complex blueprints into flawlessly machined timber components.
Engineer material-specific strategies, leveraging your deep understanding of wood grain and density to prevent defects and ensure a premium, architecturally-sound finish.
Audit every cut for microscopic accuracy, utilizing precision measurement tools to ensure every piece meets a "zero-error" quality threshold.
Optimize the production floor by identifying mechanical bottlenecks and fine-tuning machine parameters for peak performance and efficiency.
Synchronize with assembly and design teams to drive high-priority projects from raw stock to finished product on aggressive timelines.
