•Develop, design and maintain network, systems and security architectures while following a

•Analyze, design, advise, implement and develop supporting documentation, policies and procedures to support SMB (small and medium business) and Enterprise IT infrastructure.
•Develop innovative solutions and design practices to solve complete business problems.
•Monitor and analyze systems, identifying weaknesses and planning for fixing the same.
•Investigate incidents and perform root cause analysis to identify solutions.
•Provide support for the installation and operations of complex server hardware and virtualized environment.
•Create written reports and present them to various stakeholders.
•Liaise with various departments and agencies to uncover and manage deficiencies, especially those related to systems, network and security.
•Coordinate the application of disaster recovery procedures.
•Provide guidance to staff on technology issues when needed.
•Liaise with Sales and support groups for Client related projects and needs.
•Performs other related duties and complete special projects as assigned.
How do you qualify?

•University Degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
•Minimum 5+ years of industry experience
•Advanced Certifications in one or more of the following technologies: CISCO, VMWare, HP/Greenlake, Netapp, Microsoft, Meraki, Aruba, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, SilverPeak. Combinations of other certifications not listed, and experience may be considered.
•Experience gathering detailed requirements, developing High Level (HLD)/Low Level (LLD) Solution Designs, implementing and supporting solutions in a wide range of technologies including (but not limited to):
