Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Corporate Accountant is part of the accounting team that consolidates and analyzes business line results and prepares reports for internal and external purposes while ensuring that accounting standards are met.
Responsabilities:
- Maintain the company's financial records
- Prepare and analyze the company's monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.
- Participate in the development and management of the company's budget.
- Perform financial analysis to support management decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with applicable financial laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- CPA designation, a considerable asset
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position
- Ability to take initiative
- Unlimited commitment to continuous improvement.
- Bilingual French and English, oral and written
- Strong work ethic and great attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
