As a Senior Corporate Talent Partner, you will act as a strategic talent consultant to technical and digital business leaders. You will build and execute marketing and proactive sourcing strategies to identify, attract, and hire hidden technical talent in a highly competitive market. This role requires a results-driven recruiter who balances speed and urgency with a high-quality candidate experience, ensuring the organization secures the technical capabilities needed to drive innovation and operational growth.

Responsibilities
1. Strategic Sourcing & Talent Pipeline DevelopmentEmploy a diverse range of sourcing methodologies—including social media, direct sourcing, networking, and referral channels—to maintain a pipeline of top technical talent. Work closely with technical and digital department leaders to gain a thorough understanding of position requirements and achieve hiring targets. Identify, host, and participate in industry career fairs and tech networking events to enhance the company's employer brand presence.
2. Stakeholder Consulting & Workforce PlanningPartner with hiring managers to establish proactive workforce planning structures that meet ongoing and future hiring demands. Act as an employer brand ambassador, communicating the company's value proposition through a diverse and inclusive lens. Collaborate with the broader Recruitment and Talent Systems teams to design and implement improved talent acquisition processes.
3. Analytics, Compliance & Continuous ImprovementEnsure all recruitment activities comply with internal policies, quality standards, and employment legislation. Provide recruitment metrics, labor market trend insights, and reporting analytics to business leaders to guide decision-making. Partner with People Relations teams on workforce issues and contribute to special recruiting project deliveries.
Qualifications
Core RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, ideally within a mid-to-large organization supporting large-scale IT/Technology hiring initiatives. Education: Post-secondary degree required, with a preference for Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline.
Sourcing Expertise: Proven track record utilizing direct sourcing, e-recruiting, and traditional recruitment channels within a complex employee matrix.
Interviewing & Selection: Extensive experience conducting structured phone, video, and behavioral interviews.
Market Insight: Deep understanding of current IT labor-market trends, recruitment best practices, and talent retention strategies.
Licensing & Travel: Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as operationally required.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have)Hands-on experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent enterprise ATS platforms.
Prior recruitment experience within the airline or aviation industry.
Proficiency with database management tools, advanced internet search techniques, and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
