Responsibilities
- Conducting an end-to-end security risk assessment of a multi-tier digital trust solution, including mobile applications, third-party IDaaS vendor components, public portals, and secure internal assets.
- Executing static and dynamic code analysis, authentication/authorization validation, and deep security testing of core APIs and web applications following the OWASP ASVS framework.
- Performing Mobile Application Security Testing (MAST Level R and VAPT) on native iOS and Android applications utilizing the OWASP MASVS framework.
- Evaluating security controls for data-in-transit and data-at-rest across integration middleware, enterprise service buses (ESB), cloud storage logs, and user feedback repositories.
- Leading the documentation of findings, producing detailed risk registers, compiling penetration testing results, and participating in executive-level risk mitigation briefings.
Qualifications
- Proven experience conducting formal security risk assessments.
- Hands-on experience utilizing OWASP ASVS and/or OWASP MASVS guidelines.
- Experience assessing enterprise identity, credentialing, workflow orchestration, or federated authentication platforms.
- Ability to navigate security assessment processes for government agencies, crown corporations, or public sector entities.
- Experience authoring high-quality SRAs or equivalent threat-risk deliverables for highly regulated, complex, or privacy-sensitive environments.
