Responsibilities
Reporting to the Finance Director, the Senior Financial Analyst, Forecasting will collaborate with multiple internal teams to drive forecasting processes and provide quantitative and qualitative financial decision support to our Executive Leadership Team.
- Prepare and analyze consolidated quarterly forecast results and annual plan, including the development of the planning and forecasting documents and presentation decks
- Perform variance analysis to prior forecast and year-over-year for various budget/forecast inputs.
- Coordinate and liaise with cross-departmental internal teams
- Suggest and implement planning and forecasting process improvements
- Participate in special projects and take on other duties as assigned.
- Prepare ad hoc scenarios and sensitivity analyses for management, as well as other functional teams.
- Assist with various IT projects and initiatives.
- All other related tasks
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Bilingual environment
- Excellent command of Excel
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple simultaneous assignments
- Highly motivated and organized
- Able to work effectively with minimal supervision
