Responsibilities
As part of the Financial Planning team, the Senior Financial Analyst will act as a business partner. The main tasks are as follows:
-Work closely with the Senior Manager and Head of Financial Planning and Special Projects on budget planning, creation of financial dashboards, competitive benchmarking and financial presentations to management.
-Prepare and present monthly and ad hoc management reports to various business partners.
-Actively participate in monthly retail forecasts.
-Contribute to the preparation of the annual budget.
- Provide proactive support and conduct business analysis, including general and customized analysis, development of key performance indicators and participation in strategic decision-making.
- Maintain effective communication with all levels of the organization and the various divisions.
Contribute to the proposal of relevant or alternative solutions to help decision-making.
- Assist the Operations team in various business cases and special projects.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years' experience in financial analysis.
- CPA designation
- Be fluently bilingual (English and French), both written and spoken.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Be strategic and proactive.
-Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Ability to challenge established methods.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple analyses and projects simultaneously, respecting deadlines and establishing priorities.
- Strong analytical background, organized and autonomous.
- Demonstrate expertise in business analysis and financial modeling.
- Adopt a customer-focused approach to solving business problems.
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
