Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities & Work Breakdown
Sales Enablement & Presentation Design (70–75%)
Design and format high-impact sales brochures, digital PDFs, whitepapers, and customer-facing collateral.
Translate raw data, draft slides, and complex information into polished, visually cohesive presentation decks using Microsoft PowerPoint.
Collaborate closely with Product Marketing to translate strategic messaging into visually engaging sales tools.
Digital Communications (20%)
Design assets for email campaigns and marketing communications (using tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
Create eye-catching digital graphics, including LinkedIn posts and digital promotional banners.
Web & Digital Assets (5%)
Design digital assets and landing page layouts to support integrated marketing campaigns.
Event Marketing & Promotional Assets (Ad Hoc)
Partner with the Events team to develop event branding, digital/print invitations, promotional signage, and conference collateral.
Qualifications
Key Requirements & Experience
Experience Level: 3–5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a focus on corporate, B2B, or marketing collateral.
Independent Leadership: Proven track record of working autonomously, managing stakeholder feedback, and guiding projects from brief to final delivery.
Channel Adaptability: Ability to tailor design execution and visual hierarchy across diverse formats (print, presentation, email, landing pages, social media).
Basic Accessibility Awareness: Practical understanding of inclusive design principles, including visual readability, visual hierarchy, and color contrast standards.
Brand Execution: Ability to work creatively and maintain visual consistency within evolving brand guidelines during a transition phase.
Education & Portfolio: Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant B2B or corporate marketing work is preferred.
Technical Skills & Qualifications
Core Proficiency (Required)
Adobe Creative Cloud: Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Microsoft PowerPoint: Strong skills in layout design, visual formatting, and data presentation.
Design Strategy: Strong graphic design fundamentals, typography skills, and visual storytelling ability.
Secondary Tools & Assets (Preferred)
Canva: Working knowledge or comfort using Canva for template creation and collaborative assets.
Figma: Familiarity with Figma for landing page layouts and UI/digital design assets.
Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar drag-and-drop email marketing platforms) is a definite asset.
Industry Background: Previous experience in finance, financial technology, or corporate business services is considered a plus.
