Responsibilities
- Service Coordination: Manage day-to-day I&IT service management activities, with a specific focus on Incident and Change Management processes in alignment with ITIL standards.
- Project Administration: Support Project Managers by tracking detailed project schedules in MS Project Online, facilitating the resolution of risks and issues, and ensuring action items are met.
- Artefact Development: Develop and maintain core project management documentation, including briefing notes, status reports, scorecard updates, and high-quality meeting minutes.
- Field Coordination: Travel to various provincial centres to provide onsite project support and coordinate the remediation and implementation of specialized hardware and equipment.
- Data Analysis: Perform detailed analysis using Excel to build reports that support decision-making regarding project scope, cost data, and scheduling.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a professional liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure optimal system integration.
- Quality Control: Review all submitted project documentation and technical artefacts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to organizational standards.
Qualifications
- Core Experience: 3 to 5 years of demonstrated experience in I&IT Service Management and project coordination.
- Methodology: Strong knowledge and practical experience applying ITIL methodologies.
- Technical Proficiency: High level of expertise in MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Service Management Skills: Proven experience with incident and change management workflows in a complex IT environment.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional facilitation, negotiation, and consultative skills with a professional approach to interpersonal collaboration.
- Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with experience gathering and synthesizing complex data into actionable status reports and dashboards.
- Logistics: Must be able and willing to travel frequently to various provincial locations as required to support equipment coordination.
