Position: Real Estate Project Manager
Hybrid, 4 days onsite (at least 1 of the 4 days must be on a Monday/Friday),
Competitive salary
Location: Toronto, ON (candidate must be based in Ontario)
12 month contract with the possibility of extension

Responsibilities
Project managing real estate projects
•Gathering business requirements
•Working with vendors to schedule visits/installs/etc
•Keeping an upto date tracker for all ongoing projects
Qualifications
Must have:
Corporate real estate knowledge – renovations, employee relocations, etc
Project Management – no specific software, just need good methodology
