Responsibilities
Strategic Roadmap Ownership: Develop, own, and execute the comprehensive product vision, strategy, and roadmap for complex IT systems, ensuring alignment with overall corporate goals.
Requirements & Backlog Engineering: Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements. Translate product strategy into detailed technical requirements, epics, and user stories while managing a high-performing product backlog.
Technical Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to navigate modern technology stacks, dive deep into technical details, lead architecture discussions, and manage legacy system integrations.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead dynamic, cross-functional squads through Agile delivery workflows, continuous design, and implementation using DevOps Azure ecosystems.
Product Governance: Author high-quality Market Requirements Documents (MRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) containing prioritized feature sets and detailed strategic justifications.
Go-To-Market Execution: Plan and drive end-to-end product launches, collaborating closely with executives, public relations, and marketing teams to establish pricing, positioning, and promotional strategies.
User Discovery & Beta Operations: Conduct customer discovery work, run pilot/beta programs with early-stage solutions, and visit clients to solicit direct feedback to optimize user experience and identify feature gaps.
Stakeholder Evangelezation: Act as a central product evangelist to build enterprise-wide awareness, manage complex client relationships, and create product buy-in with key external partners.
Qualifications
Core Product Management: 7+ years of progressive product management experience leading complex IT or enterprise digital systems from inception through to commercial launch.
Agile & Technical Depth: Proven expertise in modern software delivery practices, backlog prioritization techniques, and navigating cloud-native/DevOps Azure engineering frameworks.
Architecture & Legacy Integration: Strong hands-on experience bridging modern application architectures with complex, pre-existing legacy enterprise infrastructure.
Prioritization Skills: Exceptional, demonstrated decision-making capabilities when balancing business priorities, customer needs, resource availability, and technical debt.
Relationship & Communication: Elite facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a track record of presenting complex product visions to executive sponsors and external third parties.
Market Acumen: Experience running competitor analysis, assessing third-party licensing opportunities, and defining long-term business-case models.
