Responsibilities
Initiate and lead a Sustainment Business Case Analysis (SBCA) to define future-state sustainment solutions
Analyze current operational requirements, identify gaps, and evaluate alternative sustainment and maintenance strategies
Develop and implement a Performance Management Framework (PMF) to measure sustainment effectiveness and execution
Oversee the timely implementation of approved sustainment solutions
Validate data requirements and equipment lists to support updates to:
Master Item Lists (MIL)
Annual Operating Plans (AOP)
Monitor and analyze calibration and contract data within enterprise resource planning systems
Coordinate stakeholder engagement for the registration and onboarding of new equipment
Validate materiel cataloguing and linkage to storage locations within asset management systems
Monitor repair and calibration activities to ensure alignment with contractual and program guidelines
Provide project management support for the development of national-level policies
Review and prepare briefing materials, position papers, policy research, and reports related to current and emerging calibration technologies
Qualifications
Valid and current Level II - Security Security Clearance from PSPC
PMI / PMP certifcation
Change Management Certification
SAP Project Management experience
Demonstrated experience working and collaborating with clients in defence and military industry
