Produce and maintain core project artifacts in strict compliance with the IT Project Management Framework, including detailed schedules, integrated project plans, risk registers, and formal closeout summaries.
Define, map, and sequence project milestones and operational tasks using structural Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource capacity graphs, and comprehensive cost models.
Coordinate formal project gate reviews, support portfolio performance assessments, and manage capital project submissions for the centralized PMO.
Validate technical delivery plans against critical path timelines, implementing corrective adjustments to resolve slippage or resource constraints.
Team Mobilization & Stakeholder Management
Lead, coordinate, and motivate cross-functional teams composed of solution developers, business analysts, domain SMEs, external contractors, and vendors.
Formulate clear staffing models, establish detailed work plans, assign resource accountabilities, and oversee team assignment or recruitment.
Create and implement robust communication frameworks to keep business units and external service providers continuously aligned with ongoing deliverables.
Prepare and present highly polished performance dashboards, weekly status highlights, and descriptive options analyses to Executive Steering Committees.
Financial Control & Procurement Governance
Manage, track, and report on large project budgets with high fiscal control, outlining actual versus probable financial estimates and supporting corporate capital planning.
Maintain accurate, accessible budget documentation, processing vendor invoices and summarizing external service provider contributions against contractual milestones.
Support formal procurement initiatives, driving the technical development, structural scoring evaluation, and strategic awarding of Requests for Proposals (RFPs) following strict organizational guidelines.
Qualifications
Core Requirements
Professional Delivery Tenure: Minimum of 8+ years of progressive project management experience successfully leading complex, cross-functional application development and infrastructure installation projects.
Domain Specialization: Demonstrated experience successfully implementing enterprise-scale Risk, Compliance, and Business Continuity projects or initiatives.
Mandatory Professional Designation: Active, current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in good standing with the Project Management Institute (PMI).
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related quantitative discipline.
Technical Skills & Domain Capability
Project Tooling Expertise: Advanced proficiency utilizing specialized tracking software, specifically MS Project, SharePoint, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Capital Sizing Acumen: Advanced skills in project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and forecasting for capital IT projects.
