Responsibilities
Translate complex technical specifications into working, tested software components using modern programming languages such as Java.
Design, build, and deploy custom low-code tools and enterprise workflow applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
Administer, optimize, and maintain CI/CD automation pipelines, code repositories, and release management workflows using Azure DevOps and GitHub.
Manage, configure, and troubleshoot application components across both Windows and Linux server operating systems.
Assess, test, and validate Change Requests (CRQ) containing complex technical details, updating deployment artifacts as required.
Conduct user experience (UX) research to translate business needs and user stories into viable product enhancements and technical features.
Perform database administration and performance tuning across multi-DBMS platforms (such as Oracle 19c and DB2), optimizing queries, indexing, and backup/recovery processes.
Design and implement REST API integrations, middleware configurations, and gateway connections aligned with enterprise security policies.
Conduct thorough code reviews, perform unit testing, fix technical defects, and produce clear technical architecture and end-user documentation.
Qualifications
Core Programming Proficiency: Solid, current programming expertise, ideally including hands-on experience with Java (Strictly Required).
Low-Code Platform Development: Demonstrated experience building business solutions using low-code platforms like Microsoft Power Apps (Strictly Required).
Azure DevOps Mastery: Full understanding and practical experience leveraging Azure DevOps for code management, task tracking, and deployment pipelines (Strictly Required).
Multi-OS Server Administration: Solid understanding of both Windows and Linux server operating systems, configurations, and middleware (Strictly Required).
Change Request Validation: Proven ability to assess, test, and update technical Change Requests (CRQ) through formal change and release management processes (Strictly Required).
UX Translation & Documentation: Demonstrated experience conducting user experience research, translating user stories into product features, and authoring user/system documentation (Strictly Required).
Database & Performance Tuning: Working knowledge of database management (Oracle 19c, DB2), performance tuning, and REST API integration design.
