Responsibilities
- Agile Leadership: Provide strategic direction to technical and business professionals, enabling agile approaches and facilitating work without dictating tasks.

- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Proactively identify, manage, and report on project risks, establishing robust contingency plans to ensure project continuity.
- Financial Oversight: Monitor and forecast project costs, providing detailed reporting and input to ensure all fiscal targets are met.

- Executive Reporting: Prepare and present briefing materials, issues notes, and interactive dashboards to senior management and executive decision-makers.
Qualifications
- Senior PM Expertise: 10+ years of experience managing large, complex, multi-year IT projects involving multiple inter-dependent workstreams.
- Agile Delivery: Demonstrated experience in Agile methodologies; Scrum Master certification and practical experience in this role are highly beneficial.
- Vendor Management: Extensive experience managing third-party deliverables, vendor relationships, and acceptance processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Expert-level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio) and experience creating interactive dashboards for project monitoring.
- Strategic Communication: Superior negotiating, mediating, and influencing skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to clients, developers, and testers.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to diagnose complex business and IT issues and facilitate resolutions in a timely fashion.
- Public Sector Context (Asset): Familiarity with the Unified I&IT Project Methodology (UPM), gating processes, and Enterprise Architecture standards.
