- Project Management Mastery: 10+ years of experience in project management, applying formal theory and methodologies to direct complex, high-profile initiatives.
- Modernization Strategy: Strong understanding of cloud transformation, enterprise IT modernization, and the transition from on-premises to cloud.
- Political Acuity: Proven ability to navigate sensitive situations and work strategically with high-level stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
- Leadership & Influence: Excellent leadership skills with a track record of driving organizational change and building collaborative solutions to complex issues.
- Analytical Thinking: Strong conceptualization skills to assess emerging trends and develop strategic options for managing complex files.
