Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of complex IT. Develop and execute project charters, integrated plans, and master schedules.
- Own the release path across multiple matrix teams. Manage "Go/No-Go" checkpoints and track fix versions using Jira and Confluence.
- Deliver complex, near real-time data dashboard solutions using Microsoft Power BI and Change Data Capture (CDC) tools like Debezium.
- Maintain high-level fiscal control over project budgets, including detailed estimating, forecasting, and reconciliation.
- Proactively identify technical risks, perform options analysis, and recommend action plans to senior executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate steering committees and stakeholder forums. Use high political acuity to influence decision-making and resolve resourcing conflicts.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement entities to ensure contract interests are incorporated for long-term support and maintenance agreements.
Qualifications
- Proven track record delivering highly technical projects in large-scale enterprise environments.
- Deep expertise in both Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall SDLC. Proficiency in backlog grooming, scrum meetings, and agile estimation.
- Extensive experience with Jira and Confluence for project tracking.
- 5+ years delivering near real-time data dashboards via Power BI.
- Familiarity with Cloud platforms (MS Azure) and data management best practices (ETL, Data Visualization).
- Exposure to Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), telephony/radio technologies (Avaya, P25), or medical triage algorithms is a significant asset.
- Exceptional verbal and written skills for preparing authoritative recommendations, proposals, and executive reports.
