Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale initiatives by applying project management best practices alongside organizational change management theories and tools.
- Conduct deep-dive change management analysis and research data to drive implementation strategies across all project phases.
- Create and manage detailed work packages, including business implementation, training components, and comprehensive reporting.
- Provide portfolio reporting to senior executive stakeholders and participate actively in steering committees.
- Proactively identify risks related to work packages and develop robust mitigation strategies and responses.
- Maintain high levels of fiscal control, providing accurate budget forecasts, tracking actuals, and ensuring overall project cost integrity.
- Negotiate and deliver multi-year agreements for technology maintenance and support, including the development of formal business cases for vendor contracts.
- Manage diverse interests and expectations throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring zero adverse impact on critical operations.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of dedicated Project Management experience, specifically managing all phases of large-scale, complex IT projects.
- Comprehensive working knowledge of PMI standards and industry methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in managing large budgets, including estimates, forecasts, and reconciliations.
- Advanced proficiency with MS Project, and experience with tools like Clarity or Planview.
- 3+ years of experience in organizational and people change management within business transformation initiatives.
- Proven ability to act as a change agent, conducting analysis and implementing program-wide coaching and mentoring.
