Responsibilities
Project Governance: Lead large-scale I&IT projects, ensuring adherence to standard methodologies and alignment with organizational business planning and funding requests.
Financial Management: Develop complex project budgets across multiple funding channels; manage multi-million dollar budgets with high levels of fiscal control, including forecasting and reconciliation.
Technical Integration: Manage projects specifically involving Oracle Siebel CRM and other integrated enterprise technologies.
Planning & Execution: Gather requirements to create and maintain detailed integrated project schedules, monitoring progress against key milestones.
Risk & Issue Management: Proactively identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; articulate and prioritize these issues for senior executive decision-makers.
Team Leadership: Source, select, and onboard team members; clarify roles and responsibilities for a mix of internal staff and fee-for-service consultants.
Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and lead steering committees and stakeholder forums, providing comprehensive program and portfolio reporting to executive leadership.
Change Management: Implement strategies to overcome resistance to change during all project stages, leveraging emerging tools and I&IT trends to ensure success.
Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of Integrated Enterprise project management experience across both business and I&IT teams.
Budgetary Expertise: Demonstrated success in managing multi-year, multi-million dollar project budgets.
Specialized Knowledge: Proven experience managing IT projects specifically focused on Oracle Siebel CRM.
Methodology: Deep understanding of the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and standard I&IT project management frameworks.
Leadership: Extensive experience directing diverse project teams, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and managing vendor relationships.
Compliance: Knowledge of Information Management principles and Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence at the senior executive level.
