End-to-End Project Governance: Lead the comprehensive planning, execution, and delivery of multi-phase technology projects, ensuring milestones are achieved within scope, on schedule, and on budget.
Roadmap & Lifecycle Execution: Define, prioritize, and manage strategic product roadmaps, detailing feature releases, application enhancements, and long-term delivery visions.
Cross-Functional Orchestration: Coordinate and guide technical and business project streams, facilitating unified collaboration among development teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
Proactive Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and bottlenecks to safeguard timelines, protect budgets, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Financial & Budgetary Control: Manage multi-million dollar, multi-year project budgets, performing continuous financial tracking, scope control, and cost assessments.
Compliance & Documentation: Lead the creation of critical project documentation, including comprehensive business cases, Threat Risk Assessments (TRA), and Privacy Impact Assessments (PIA).
Agile Artifact Generation: Formulate standard Agile delivery artifacts such as release plans, epics, features, prioritized user stories, and backlog schedules.
Stakeholder Facilitation: Manage executive stakeholder communication, leading regular status updates and feedback sessions to maintain transparency across the project lifecycle.
Team Mentorship: Provide ongoing technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and professional growth within an Agile framework.

Financial & Scale Mastery: Proven track record of direct accountability over multi-year, multi-million dollar project budgets and multi-stakeholder engagements.
Risk & Scope Engineering: Elite capability in identifying structural project risks, establishing contingency plans, and executing strict scope controls under high-pressure conditions.
Communication Excellence: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence decision-makers and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Technical & Operational Skills
Lifecycle Management Tooling: High proficiency tracking project backlogs, sprints, and lifecycles using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, or Kanban boards.
Agile & Collaboration Expertise: Strong background in formulating Agile requirements and utilizing collaborative software (Miro, Confluence, Teams, Office 365).
Compliance Assessments: Demonstrated experience developing enterprise-level privacy, security, and financial documentation (such as PIAs, TRAs, and Requests for Service).
Framework Familiarity: Solid understanding of public sector governance frameworks, formal PMO stage-gate procedures, and ITIL processes (incident, release, and support management).
Cloud Platform Awareness: Basic foundational knowledge of cloud environments, preferably the Microsoft Azure platform.
