Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation & Analysis: Lead cross-functional workshops with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements and technical specifications for large-scale application implementations.
Business Process Modeling: Evaluate, document, and optimize business workflows, procedures, roles, and responsibilities using Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) standards to create clear "as-is" and "to-be" process maps.
Platform Implementation & Support: Guide system transformations, platform enhancements, and integrations across asset management, preventive maintenance, work orders, service requests, contract management, and mobile workflows.
System Integration & Architecture Alignment: Assess design options, manage data conversion strategies, and ensure seamless integration between enterprise work management solutions and core systems.
Quality Assurance & UAT Facilitation: Develop test plans, construct test data, maintain requirement traceability matrices, execute functional testing, and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Enterprise Standardization & Procurement Support: Assist in defining common enterprise standards, technical scope documentation for vendor procurement, and non-functional system requirements.
Documentation & Change Management: Author operational procedures, user guides, sustainment plans, and training materials to support organizational change and ongoing service continuity.
Qualifications
Education: University degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
IBM Maximo Seniority: 10+ years of dedicated technical and functional experience with IBM Maximo Asset Management / IBM Maximo Application Suite (v7 or v8/MAS) (Strictly Required).
BPMN & Process Design: Minimum 10 years of experience evaluating, recommending, and documenting business workflows, system integrations, and "as-is"/"to-be" processes using BPMN standards (Strictly Required).
Requirements Elicitation: Minimum 10 years of experience performing requirements gathering, facilitating stakeholder workshops, and documenting detailed specifications for large-scale technology projects (Strictly Required).
QA & Enterprise Testing: Hands-on experience in quality assurance planning, functional testing, creating test data, and facilitating UAT in enterprise environments (experience with HP ALM is an asset) (Strictly Required).
Domain Implementation Scope: Proven track record supporting asset management implementations covering preventative maintenance, service requests, work orders, capital projects, vendor management, and mobile/geospatial technologies.
