Responsibilities

Drive full accountability across the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC), ensuring deliverables meet business requirements on time, scope, and budget.
Apply PMLC frameworks to drive continuous improvement in project service design, operational efficiency, and governance.
Lead projects focused on enterprise common infrastructure, privileged access and identity management, data protection, and network security enhancements.
Prioritize client engagements in adopting advanced cybersecurity tools, technologies, and maturity processes.
Establish comprehensive project plans, manage sprint backlogs, track user stories, and lead cross-functional project teams during Agile sprints.
Oversee "secure by design" practices to support the architecture of security tooling, monitoring platforms, and critical asset safeguards.
Collaborate closely with internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure successful acceptance, timely execution, and day-2 operational supportability.
Manage project finances, calculate implementation costs, and track resource allocation to ensure cost-effective delivery.
Conduct risk assessments, resolve project bottlenecks, and enforce project timelines and measurable objectives.
Deliver regular status reports, executive presentations, and strategic updates to senior decision-makers and stakeholders.
Qualifications
Core Requirements & Cybersecurity Background
Project Management Leadership & PMLC: Minimum 8+ years of experience leading large-scale IT projects, holding total accountability for the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) from inception to closure.
Cybersecurity Background: Hands-on experience managing network-security deployment, migration, privileged access management, or identity protection projects.
Security Platforms Knowledge: Practical understanding of Microsoft security technology stacks, network security platforms, and data/analytics systems.
Agile Project Delivery: Direct experience working within Agile project delivery teams, managing product backlogs, user stories, Scrum ceremonies, and sprint cycles.
Preferred Assets
PMP Certification: Active Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent credentials.
Public Sector Context: Prior experience managing IT infrastructure or cybersecurity projects within public sector environments.
Soft Skills & Delivery Attributes
