As a senior solutions designer, you will bridge the gap between complex business requirements, functional design artifacts, technical implementation teams, and end-user needs. Operating fully onsite in Toronto, you will lead end-to-end solution design initiatives—developing business design documents, mapping high-level application flows, creating interactive wireframes and screen mockups, and building accessibility-compliant architectures. This position is tailored for a technical design authority who can align enterprise CRM capabilities with digital web experiences while ensuring strict adherence to quality assurance, performance, and security standards.

Responsibilities
Undertake the design of hosting technology solutions based on service specifications, standards, policies, best practices, and cost models.
Develop comprehensive business design documents, functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, and business rules definitions.
Design high-level application flows, detailed process maps, and screen mockups mapping process steps directly to software views.
Architect and implement enterprise-level solutions leveraging Oracle Siebel CRM and Adobe AEM technologies.
Translate screen designs and complex workflows into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and view-visibility CRUD matrices.
Conduct user research, usability testing, persona development, and user journey mapping to address user pain points.
Ensure all technical solutions and UI designs comply with digital accessibility standards (WCAG and AODA).
Formulate testing strategies, test scenarios, QA plans, and UAT execution documentation.
Create and update business architecture artifacts utilizing structured methodologies such as Rational Unified Process (RUP).
Lead technical assessments to evaluate existing system performance, capacity, and feasibility for renovation or expansion.
Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams, business stakeholders, and quality assurance specialists to ensure seamless delivery.
Identify technical risks, propose proactive mitigation solutions, and present conceptual design approaches to leadership.
Qualifications
Core Technical & Solution Design Requirements
Oracle Siebel CRM Experience: Minimum 7+ years of progressive hands-on experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions with Oracle Siebel CRM.
Adobe AEM Experience: Minimum 7+ years of dedicated experience designing and implementing digital solutions with Adobe AEM technologies.
Functional & Technical Artifacts: Proven experience authoring business design documents, functional design documents, process flows, CRUD matrices, and technical specifications.
UX Research & Prototyping: Practical experience conducting user research, building user personas/journey maps, and creating wireframes or high-fidelity mockups using prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
Accessibility Standards: Demonstrated experience embedding accessibility and user experience guidelines (WCAG/AODA) into software solution designs.
Methodologies & Quality Assurance: Hands-on experience with change management methodologies, Rational Unified Process (RUP), creating test strategies, and defining UAT plans.
Preferred Experience & Assets
Public Sector Grant Models: Knowledge or experience with Public Sector Transfer Payment (Grant) Models is considered a strong asset.
QA Governance: Experience ensuring corporate QA standards are established, followed, and maintained throughout the delivery lifecycle.
